We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash on delivery (Egypt only), and bank transfers. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

• International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.
• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
